Much thanks for your below message sent to me, which I believe will lead to a perfect cooperation between your company and TRANSLUCK. We hereby thank Miss Susan LIU for her good recommendations.

Transluck is pleased to provide its services as regards to all items you have kindly mentioned. However, may I invite your comments over the following understandings:

1 Container unloading-FCL Containers will be delivered to Transluck warehouse where the cargo will be unstuffed/stripped by Transluck and packing units will be then handled in, stored in the warehouse;

2 Volume of cargo -- You will inform us approximately how many 40’ per month are coming to our warehouse.

if you can tell us the volumes of Shanghai/Fuzhou, Shanghai/Nanjing, it’ll be helpful for us to evaluate the costs.

Believing we can give our cost/offer upon getting your further information.

Warehousing Costs list/仓储项目价格表

3)All costs include production insurance except Accident liability insurance,the rate is 0.1% of production total value/所有费用包含产品保险，但不包含意外责任险，意外责任险的费率为0.1%

1)The cost will be charged in Tons or CBMs, whichever is higher.

5)If the Oil price increases more than 8%, the prices will be re-negotiated pro rata.
备注
1. 费用计算以重量或体积为计费标准，以较高者为计费依据；
2. 以上价格为开票价；
3. 以上价格不含保险费；
4. 以上报价包含门到门费用，但不含卸费；
5. 若油价上浮达8%时，将按比例重新议价。
